Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays.) Once you received your order confirmation email, you will then receive another notification when your order has shipped. We put in a lot of effort to fulfill orders quickly as possible.
Remember all orders are custom.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at craftedcustombyclaudia@gmail.com with your name, phone number and order number and we will look into it for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in the hands of the shipping carriers. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing your order. If an item is lost or stollen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
